About Wild Pines
Jade is a forest bathing guide and nature and wellbeing facilitator. She loves nothing more than to be out in nature amongst the trees and all other living beings. She, like many of us, has struggled with mental health difficulties and finds solace in connecting with the natural world. In 2022 she trained to be a forest bathing guide with Nature and Therapy UK so she could help others on their journey of healing and nature connection. She has also completed courses in ecopsychology and nature-based practice, and volunteers in her local community helping to run nature connection and educational events.
